Brief introduction to my role in this project
In this case study, I have described the process that my team and I at morphosis went through whilst designing the product called — PRUXPRESS. In this project, I was the lead designer for where I was directly involved in the earlier stages of the project from discovery phase to the research & wireframes, Concept design and Visual design phase.

PRUXPRESS is a productivity and sales management tool for sales teams, prudential bank partners and other agencies to monitor the sales, bill repayment, funds and status of recurring and new clients for their insurance packages.
❓ Problem Statement
💡 Solution
Our solution was to restructure the way they presented their data in every page. From having multiple columns which cause the user to scroll from left to right. We decided to group the data into levels. Level 1 or the main page will present all the important data that is needed to carry out features such as bill payment etc. In the level 2, all the non mandatory will be moved here as a particular row’s detail page. Moreover, we introduced the notification section so that the users can be reminded of upcoming dues and other tasks.

💭 Workshop
In our first step was to conduct a workshop amongst the stake holders to identify:
- Identify the stakeholder’s project goals
- Brainstormed and grouped out the required fields needed to carry out daily essential tasks
📏 Concept design
We presented 2 concept designs to the prudential team to receive their feedback and let them pick a concept design as their team were looking for fresh new expereince and visual design from their existing application. Below is presented the concept that has been selected by the team at prudential.
