AIS telco: MyAis app and Internal design system

  • Currently leading two teams at AIS: the Customer Profile team and the Design System team.
  • Working with the design manager at AIS to build the tone of voice and build new UX processes.
  • In charge of building and crafting a fully functioning design system for domain designers and ensuring that the design system was integrated into all aspects of the product team and development
  • Co-leading the customer profile team to ensure high-quality work is produced without compromising user experience and keeping business goals in mind
  • Collaborated with multiple designers, researchers, developers, and product owners (POs) to ensure teammates have all the materials needed to run projects smoothly.

Publicis Sapient, User experience designer

Bangkok Bank: Banking app

  • In charge of building new sitemap and wireframes for BBL, worked with UI team on new design concepts. Collaborating with research team, conducted user tests, including card sorting and tree tests, resulting in an improved information architecture that outperformed the previous version by over 75%
  • Worked with the Head of design of BBL on getting buy-in on new UX improvement project from the Management and PO team.

Robinhood

  • Worked on the following web and apps: Robinhood Consumer, Rider, panel, and shop platforms.
  • In charge of the features: In-App chat, Rider rating & Tipping, In-App browser, Admin panel job history screens
  • Collaborated with developers, POs, and the client to make sure the features are delivered on time with exceptional experience
