AIS telco: MyAis app and Internal design system

• Currently leading two teams at AIS: the Customer Profile team and the Design System team.
• Working with the design manager at AIS to build the tone of voice and build new UX processes.
• In charge of building and crafting a fully functioning design system for domain designers and ensuring that the design system was integrated into all aspects of the product team and development
• Co-leading the customer profile team to ensure high-quality work is produced without compromising user experience and keeping business goals in mind
• Collaborated with multiple designers, researchers, developers, and product owners (POs) to ensure teammates have all the materials needed to run projects smoothly.

Worked on revamping the information architecture of one of the biggest banks in Thailand.

• Conducted user and card sorting tests & planned tree tests.
• In charge of developing new sitemap for BBL & new concepts wireframes
• Collaborating with designers, developers and other members involved in the project.
• Clients worked with: Bangkok Bank and Robinhood (Purple ventures)

Worked on several projects with clients from various industries. The following are the tasks I worked on:

• Conducting user research, user testing, and competitive analysis.
• Creating personas, user flows, and site maps.
• Designing low to high fidelity wireframes.
• Collaborated with other designers to design system for various projects.
• Designing user interfaces after the UX processes
• Clients worked with: Prudential, SCB, YesPls, Khobsanam and SurgeonMate

As a freelancer, I have worked with clients in a variety of industries, with varying project scopes, from mobile and web-responsive designs to print design and marketing campaign materials.

• Brainstormed ideas and designs for the redesign of the official hive website for both mobile and web versions.
• Collaborated with the marketing team on artwork for various marketing campaigns for the Hive and Spoonwalk app.

• Responsible for designing marketing materials for the acadmey’s campaigns & around the academy.
• Brainstorm ideas & designs for the academy’s website revamp.
• Publicized an article on ‘Typography’ on the academy website.
